Institutions united in service
“A nation is built by the hands of its working people. It is our sacred duty to ensure that when those hands need healing, no financial barrier stands in the way.”
Our foundation is built upon the visionary leadership of our Managing Trustee, Smt. K.S. Gita. From the very inception of JK College of Nursing and JK College of Physiotherapy under KSG Institutions, she envisioned more than academic excellence — she envisioned institutions that would be living pillars of their community, especially for those who work tirelessly yet remain beyond the reach of affordable healthcare.
Under her compassionate stewardship, the trust established the 100-bed free treatment wing as a permanent, structural commitment — not a seasonal initiative, but an enduring promise woven into the identity of both institutions. Smt. Gita's guiding belief is profound: genuine education is inseparable from genuine service.
Our charity care is intentionally extended to working individuals and their immediate dependants facing economic hardship. We honour labour — this programme is exclusively for those who are actively employed or self-employed but whose income does not allow access to private healthcare.
Daily wage earners, factory workers, agricultural labourers, domestic workers, construction workers, and others in formal or informal employment who can demonstrate active work engagement.
Roadside vendors, artisans, auto-rickshaw drivers, small-scale farmers, fisherfolk, and similar self-employed individuals who contribute economically but lack institutional healthcare benefits.
Families below or near the poverty threshold where at least one member is in active employment. Income certificates, ration cards, or employer letters will be considered as supporting documents.
This programme is not extended to individuals who are unemployed without reason or who are not engaged in any form of productive work. The initiative is a tribute to the dignity of labour — and is reserved for those who embody it.
“Every worker who builds our roads, tends our fields, and cares for our homes — deserves to be cared for in return.”
Every beneficiary admitted under the charity programme receives the same standard of clinical care as all other patients — with full access to nursing, physiotherapy, medicines, diagnostics, and specialist consultations.
Round-the-clock nursing supervision by trained faculty and student nurses working under experienced clinical guidance — attentive, skilled, and compassionate.
Assessment and treatment for musculoskeletal, neurological, and post-surgical recovery by student physiotherapists and faculty — restoring movement, restoring lives.
All prescribed medications, consumables, and therapeutic supplies required during the inpatient stay are provided entirely free of charge to every beneficiary.
Basic investigations and diagnostic procedures essential for the clinical team's treatment decisions are fully covered under the charity programme — no hidden charges.
Access to visiting specialist doctors and consulting physicians arranged by the treating team as part of a holistic and thorough care plan for each patient.
Discharge counselling, structured follow-up plans, and outpatient physiotherapy scheduling are provided to ensure every patient continues their journey to full recovery.
The process is simple, humane, and unhurried. No unnecessary paperwork. No bureaucratic barriers.
